This role will involve managing a team of nurses, healthcare support workers, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and provision of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have experience in budgetary management, staff supervision, and quality assurance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and motivating the theatre team to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve theatre efficiency and productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with NMC Code of Conduct, Nursing & Midwifery Strategy, and HCPC Standards of Conduct.
The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, 25-28 days holidays, refer a friend scheme, life assurance, season ticket loan, annual summer and Christmas parties, private health insurance, employee discount at our health facilities, career development, and employee assistant programme.
