Theatre Manager Job in Chelmsford

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Theatre Manager to lead the theatre team in a healthcare facility featuring six modern operating theatres.

This role involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, supporting strategic initiatives, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Lead and manage the theatre team to achieve exceptional clinical standards and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with senior teams, consultants, and healthcare professionals to maintain excellent service delivery.
  • Mentor, develop, and support team members through training and continuous professional development.
  • Implement and oversee quality, strategic, and commercial initiatives within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Monitor resources and drive team engagement to achieve departmental goals and optimal performance.

Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: ODP Level 3 qualification or Registered Nurse.
  • Experience: At least three years' experience as a Theatre Manager or Deputy Theatre Manager.
