**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Theatre Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our productions, ensuring that all systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the installation, maintenance and operation of theatre lighting and sound systems.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of technical elements into the overall production.
  • Provide technical support for events and productions, including setup, operation and strike.

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in technical theatre operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of theatre technology, including lighting, sound and stage management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £28,044 increasing to £30,432 over 4 years.
  • 37 hours per week on an annualised hours contract.
  • 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays and a generous pension scheme.
