Job Overview:
  We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our team in Oxfordshire, delivering full-time study programmes to predominantly 16-18-year-olds and leading full-cost evening courses.

  Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver engaging and informative lessons in both workshop and classroom settings
    • Support full-time students in developing essential workplace skills such as punctuality, teamwork, and communication
    • Guide students towards their next steps, whether that's further study, apprenticeships, or employment
    • Collaborate with an experienced team of trainers covering various disciplines within the construction and building services sector
    • Contribute to the development of our curriculum and teaching resources

  Requirements:
    • Relevant industry experience in plumbing
    • Level 2 or above in Plumbing
    • Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring young professionals
    • A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
    • Commitment to professional development and learning new teaching methodologies
