Job Title: Financial Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Professional to join our team at Colbern Limited. As a Financial Professional, you will play a key role in providing financial advice and analysis to key stakeholders, supporting the annual budget setting process, and contributing to the preparation of the HRA Business Plan and medium-term financial plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial advice and analysis to key stakeholders, including senior management and department heads.
  • Monitor and report on monthly budgets, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for cost savings.
  • Support the annual budget setting process, working closely with the finance team to develop and implement a comprehensive budget plan.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the HRA Business Plan and medium-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Support the closure of year-end accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reporting.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance, with experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial planning. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
