- Become an expert on Property Management Systems (PMS) and other key systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Experience in a revenue or sales role in a luxury hospitality environment with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to present data insights effectively.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills to analyze and present data.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision in financial data.
