We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Côte. As a key member of our Commercial Finance team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and profitability across our South region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Analysis and Insight: Provide in-depth analysis and insight to support key operational decisions and strategic initiatives, presenting complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain weekly and monthly KPI reporting and dashboards, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Manage the forecasting and budgeting processes for the region, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with operational directors and other stakeholders, providing expert financial guidance and support.
  • Investment Appraisals: Collaborate with other departments to produce investment appraisals and supporting analysis, ensuring informed business decisions.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide additional support to the Head of Commercial Finance, CFO, and Senior Leadership Team as required.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience.
  • Business Partnering Experience: Proven track record of business partnering and managing stakeholders.
  • Financial Skills: Advanced Excel skills and experience in financial modelling.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint) and ability to influence stakeholders.
