Reporting into the Head of HR, this well-known and respected organisation are looking to recruit a new Talent Strategy & Internal Recruitment Manager. This position is a brand new one and has been created due to a recent restructure.

This is a hugely exciting time of growth and transformation for the business and the Talent Strategy & Internal Recruitment Manager will help drive a proactive and future focused recruitment agenda to ensure the business continues to bring the best talent into the organisation to enable them to achieve its ambitious plans.

The Talent Strategy & Internal Recruitment Manager will take responsibly for leading and managing the talent acquisition strategy and operations. Leading a small team of Internal Recruiters this position will help develop an innovative recruiting strategy, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and business partnering with key stakeholders in the business, so that the talent function operates at its best level possible.

Talent Strategy & Internal Recruitment Manager duties:

Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to drive forward the strategy talent needs.

Drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process, utilizing data and analytics to make continued inform decisions within the business.

Lead and manage a small team of talent acquisition specialists, developing a high-performance culture within the team, ensuring clear goals and growth opportunities.

Oversee the development of effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent and future proof the talent needs of the business.

Ensure the use of diversity and inclusive sourcing methods to attract a broad range of candidates, whilst ensuring that the employer value proposition (internally and externally) fully compliments the talent agenda.

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Implement and monitor feedback to continuously improve and enhance the candidate experience.

Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to support the wider people agenda.

Collaborate with marketing, social media and communication channels on external platform activations and develop marketing activities for emerging talent engagement.

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide valuable insight to support talent acquisition strategy, supporting the people development plan and senior leadership understanding.

Evaluate and implement the latest recruiting technologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools are optimised and fully utilised.

Monitor 3rd party (Agency) usage to ensure they are adding value to the Talent Function

Occasionally get involved in hiring with more sensitive or more senior level positions within the business.

What’s in your DNA/Experience Needed:

The ideal candidate will have strong internal recruitment experience gained from a fast moving, branded organisation.

Experience of building, maintaining and continuous improvement of a Talent Strategy is key to the success of this role.

Experience of leading the Talent Acquisition Agenda is an essential for this position.

Previous experience of managing a team is an essential to this position.

A Curious Mindset, i.e. someone that is consistently looking to enhance how the Talent function works.

A True Business Partner i.e. this person will go to the business with new ideas, you will provide insight and relevant information to key stakeholders so that Talent is seen as a real essential to the organisation
