Caregiver for Individual with Health Requirements

Active Care Group invites applications from motivated individuals to join our team as a Caregiver for an 18-year-old male client with complex health needs.
This challenging yet rewarding role demands attention to detail, effective time management, and a willingness to learn. The selected candidate will support the client with daily living tasks, manage medications, and operate clinical equipment, such as the PEG feed.
In return for your dedication, we offer a competitive hourly rate of £11.50 (dependent on experience), full training and mentorship from our Clinical Care Manager, and opportunities for career advancement within Active Care Group.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating daily routines and care plans
- Administering medications and monitoring vital signs
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
Required Qualities and Experience:
- Background in care or related field
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong observational and communication skills
- Adaptability and flexibility in scheduling
