About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Care Assistant to join our team at Advantage Healthcare Limited. As a Children's Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, including Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other conditions.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering person-centred care, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being of our service users. This includes providing assistance with daily living tasks, managing medication, suctioning, peg feeding, and using moving and handling equipment.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £17-18.50 per hour, depending on the shift pattern. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in childcare involving peg feeding, suctioning, administering medication, and moving and handling equipment. You must also have a passion for delivering high-quality care and supporting individuals with complex needs.
