Job Responsibilities


As a 111 Health Advisor, you will be responsible for answering emergency calls, providing guidance, and dispatching ambulances when necessary. Your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions, and communicating effectively with callers.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a calm demeanor under pressure, and the ability to work well in a team. Previous experience in customer-facing roles or call handling is desirable but not essential. We offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this challenging yet rewarding position.
