The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Co-ordinator to join our Treasury Function at Kingston University. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing domestic and international payments, allocating bank receipts, and reconciling card payments and online store transactions.

The Person

You will be a self-motivated individual with excellent time and priority management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work accurately and professionally in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of interaction with various departments, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Research Finance, Procurement, and HR Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international payments, including allocation of bank receipts
  • Reconcile card payments and online store transactions
  • Monitor and investigate suspense accounts
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial operations

  • Previous accounting experience or knowledge gained through academic study
