Financial Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to support our Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports, managing communications, and providing general administration assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the production of detailed financial reports and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department.
  • Assist in the coordination and running of the Finance Department by preparing financial reports, managing communications, and dealing with queries promptly and accurately.
  • Support the maintenance and management of the purchase ledger, including reconciliation, and carry out spot checks of coding, authorisation, posting, and filing accounts payable invoices and company personnel's expenses.
  • Support the management of petty cash floats, including paying out, analysing, reconciling, posting, and security.
  • Support the set up and maintenance of filing systems, both electronic and manual, ensuring proper governance in the production and maintenance of standard finance forms.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
