Pest Control Technician Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team in East London. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for providing expert pest control services to our customers, ensuring their premises are free from pests and their risks are mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inspecting customer premises: Conduct thorough inspections of customer premises to identify signs of pests and potential risks.
  2. Tackling pest problems: Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behavior.
  3. Providing customer advice: Offer valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
  4. Completing reports: Complete accurate reports after every visit.
  5. Providing exceptional customer service: Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence: Hold a full UK driving licence for more than two years with no more than six penalty points.
  • GCSE qualifications: Be educated to GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
  • Customer service skills: Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Be flexible with working patterns to support the business need.
