The HANS service is the biggest service provider for the diagnosis and treatment of anal neoplasia in the UK and offers clinic-based high resolution anoscopy (HRA) based diagnosis and treatment, runs research studies and has regular lists in day stay and main theatre for GA cases.

The Trust currently has one of the largest regional bariatric units which takes referrals from across the South East. The colorectal service includes cancer work, IBD and complex fistula, anal neoplasia and pelvic floor dysfunction.
