Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team at Imperial London Hotels. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective credit control system, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and providing excellent customer service to our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Accounts Payable records with supplier statements
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers as needed
- Liaise with the wider team on ordering, receipting, and invoice matching
- Manage lead times with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure efficient delivery of products and services to internal customers
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Ideal candidate will be working towards an AAT qualification or studying accounting with basic bookkeeping knowledge
- Experience with Business Central is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Highly numerate with great attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident and engaging manner with ability to build rapport quickly with suppliers and internal customers
