Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team at Imperial London Hotels Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts payable records with supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers as needed.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth ordering, receipting, and invoicing processes.
- Communicate with suppliers, internal budget holders, and their teams to resolve any queries or issues.
- Manage lead times with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
