Accounts Payable Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team at Imperial London Hotels Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective and professional credit control system for the group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile Accounts Payable Records with Supplier Statements.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers in extremis.
- Liaise with the wider team on ordering, receipting of orders, invoice matching, stock control, and assisting with the resolution of any queries.
- Liaise closely with suppliers, internal budget holders, and their teams.
- Ensure efficient delivery of products and services to internal customers.
- Manage lead times with suppliers and the expectations of the Department Heads and their teams.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor.
- Ideally working towards an AAT qualification or studying accounting with basic bookkeeping knowledge.
- Experience of using Business Central would be beneficial.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Highly numerate with great attention to detail and accuracy.
- A confident and engaging manner with the ability to build rapport quickly with suppliers and internal customers.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to balance different priorities.
