Accounts Payable Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team at The Imperial London Hotels Ltd. As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the accounts payable department, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts payable records with supplier statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers as needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including budget holders and their teams, to ensure smooth ordering and receipting processes.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, internal budget holders, and their teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and manage lead times with suppliers to meet departmental expectations.
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in accounts payable, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
