Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payments to suppliers, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid on time.
- Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring prompt communication and resolution of any issues.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable ledgers and supplier statements.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of accounts payable processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in accounts payable management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial principles, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with financial software.
