About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Adobe Workfront Implementation Specialist to join our team at Staffworx Limited. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering successful Adobe Workfront projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure Adobe Workfront to meet customer specifications, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Conduct thorough discovery and requirements phases to determine customer needs and develop effective solution designs.
  • Execute assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Assist with the deployment and support of Adobe Workfront, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Configure Workfront objects to meet business needs, driving process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Integrate Adobe Workfront with other systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Marketing Automation solutions.
  • Develop and implement best practices and common processes using Workfront, driving adoption and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Adobe Workfront configuration, business advisory, or implementation.
  • SaaS-based software implementation and architecture experience with AEM Assets & Sites.
  • Adobe Workfront Fusion integration and automation experience.
  • Strong consulting or implementation services experience with SaaS work management or process-based solutions.
  • Desirable: Adobe Workfront experience, including Adobe Workfront certification.
  • Solid experience in customer service.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager Assets, DAM.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Firefly, is an advantage.
