Adobe Integration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Integration Lead to join our team at Publicis Groupe UK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of Adobe Workfront with our global operations.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in technology and innovation, particularly in the implementation and management of tools and solutions. You will work closely with our US CoLab team, Pfizer, and dedicated Adobe development teams to discuss, flag issues, and suggest enhancements to the Adobe Workfront solution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive Adobe training and upskilling sessions for various user levels within our organization.
- Create instructional materials and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the platform.
- Manage the CoLab user ticketing system regarding all Adobe platform issues.
- Lead and manage the roll-out and continuous optimization of Adobe across the Ex-US network.
- Build a reporting mechanism to enable a 'single source of truth' regarding Adobe utilization and performance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical and strategic mindset, with experience in training and people leadership, as well as running workshops. You should also have a basic understanding of privacy controls in a marketing environment and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
