Job Title: Adobe Integration Lead

Publicis Groupe UK is a leading marketing and digital transformation business, comprising 5,000 talented individuals with expertise in media, healthcare, creative, influence, technology, and data, working across 21 agencies.

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Integration Lead to join our team, with a focus on training and implementation of Adobe Workfront and other Project Management software. This role is critical in ensuring we harness the full potential of the Adobe Workfront solution, used by our Pfizer client, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a power user of Adobe Workfront, with a deep understanding of processes
  • Partner with US CoLab, Pfizer, and dedicated Adobe development teams to discuss, flag issues, and suggest enhancements
  • Work closely with stakeholders and Adobe users across all global markets to understand roadblocks, market-related complexities, and requirements
  • Attend Pfizer training sessions, translate updates into internal messages, and cascade messaging down to local markets
  • Develop, schedule, and lead comprehensive Adobe training and upskilling sessions, tailored to various user levels
  • Create instructional materials and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the platform
  • Lead and manage the CoLab user ticketing system regarding all Adobe platform issues
  • Manage the roll-out and continuous optimization of Adobe across the Ex-US network
  • Create, own, and manage a stand-alone Ex-US training calendar, including invites in collaboration with the US CoLab Adobe team
  • User management in the system
  • Build a reporting mechanism to enable a 'single source of truth' regarding Adobe utilization and performance
  • Ad hoc support, occasionally catering for different time zones (APAC/LatAM)
Qualifications:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a good grasp of the Adobe management solution or experience in Learning and Development, tools, and system implementation or Project Management.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic, proactive operations leader who can work across diverse teams and cultures. This individual is comfortable working with ambiguity and has a solution-oriented mindset.

  • Passionate about technology and innovation, with a strong track record of successfully implementing and managing tools and solutions
  • Strong analytical and strategic abilities
  • Experience with a focus on privacy/compliance-related work
  • Experience in training and people leadership, as well as running workshops
  • Basic understanding of privacy controls in Marketing environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • A self-starter and constant learner, somebody with a can-do attitude and a curiosity to find solutions
