Daily Rate Job

PK Education is seeking an experienced SEND Support Assistant to work on a daily rate basis. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality support and guidance to students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.

  • You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans and accommodations for students with complex needs.
  • Your experience in supporting children with autism or other special educational needs will be invaluable in helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve academic success.
  • A competitive daily rate of £[90-110] will be offered to the successful candidate, along with opportunities for career development and progression within our supportive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide one-on-one support to students with SEN, ensuring they have access to the curriculum and educational resources.
  • To implement strategies and interventions to support individual students' needs and address any behavioral difficulties.
  • To collaborate with the class teacher, SENCO, and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans and accommodations.
  • To encourage independence and self-confidence in students while fostering positive relationships within the school community.
