We are seeking an experienced SEN Support Worker to join our team at Flourish Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working in a Primary School located in Coventry, supporting a child in KS1 who has complex needs, non-verbal, behavioural and learning difficulties.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification and UK school experience, with the ability to liaise effectively with the class teacher, SENCO, and other agencies to meet the needs of the pupil.

As a key member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £16,578.9 - £18,525 per annum, based on working 5 days a week for the full school year. This is equivalent to a daily rate of £85-£95.
