Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at NMS Recruit Limited. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving team performance.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with financial products and services, with a strong understanding of the FCA regulatory environment.
