Sales Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at NMS Recruit Limited. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the performance of the sales team, ensuring they meet their targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast performance to ensure accurate predictions and planning.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
