Event Operations Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our events. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with various departments and team members to create a seamless and memorable experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure events run smoothly from setup to close down.
- Coordinate with the creative events team and event personnel to ensure event timings and expectations are met.
- Work closely with in-house and agency staff to ensure efficient teamwork and provide guidance and support to achieve the highest standards.
- Facilitate clear communication among all event team members to ensure everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Deliver outstanding service during events and continuously work with your team to exceed customer expectations.
- Address any issues or concerns by coordinating with other departments and ensuring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Oversee event close down and work together with the team to prepare for the next event.
- Ensure all team members follow checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high standards and consistency.
- Proven experience in event coordination or management, preferably within a fast-paced or high-profile environment.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work with various departments and staff levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively as part of a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with team members, customers, and external partners.
- Ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure, demonstrating problem-solving skills in a collaborative way.
- Flexibility to work varied hours based on event schedules.
