Job Summary

This Support Worker role is based in our Sandbach care home, where we provide high-quality care and supported living services for adults with physical and learning disabilities. As a valued member of our team, you will contribute to delivering person-centred care and supporting our customers to live fulfilling lives.

About the Position

This part-time position involves approximately 34.5 hours per week, with a rotation of three nights per week. You will work alongside our experienced team to deliver excellent care and support, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our customers at all times.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support customers with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and meal preparation.
  • Accompany and assist customers during activities and appointments outside the care home.
  • Adhere to our Person-Centred approach, promoting customer independence and supporting them to achieve their goals.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress.
