About the PositionThis part-time position involves approximately 34.5 hours per week, with a rotation of three nights per week. You will work alongside our experienced team to deliver excellent care and support, ensuring the well-being and dignity of our customers at all times.
Your Responsibilities- Support customers with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and meal preparation.
- Accompany and assist customers during activities and appointments outside the care home.
- Adhere to our Person-Centred approach, promoting customer independence and supporting them to achieve their goals.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and progress.
- A highly competitive salary estimated to be between £14.00-£17.00 per hour, depending on your experience.
