Job Description:

  • We are seeking an exceptional Teaching and Learning Support Officer to join our team at a school in Sandbach.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining specific equipment in school and contributing to health and safety procedures.
  • They will also assist with out-of-school activities and work collaboratively with teachers to ensure a smooth learning environment.
  • In addition, they will contribute to behaviour management and work within the framework of the school's policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to identify and work towards specific goals with children and colleagues.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of practices and procedures within education relating to the welfare, safety, and education of children.
  • At least three years' experience as a Teaching and Learning Assistant and/or as a classroom assistant.
