Primary Education Support Worker

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Sandbach. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the education of a Year 2 student with an EHCP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the student with their daily needs, including lessons and activities.
- Work closely with the teacher and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to promote the student's social and emotional development.
- Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure the student's progress is tracked and reported.
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with social and emotional needs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Salary and Benefits: £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
