Education Support Professional

Sy3 is a leading provider of education and support services.
As an Education Support Professional with Sy3, you will play a key role in delivering person-centred support to individuals who present high levels of complex needs and challenging behaviours associated with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions, and mental health problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 support to children and young people who require additional help
- Work collaboratively with the school team to develop and implement behaviour plans
- Use de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviour
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviour
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
