About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Practitioner to join our team at New Struan School Residences. As an Autism Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting young people with autism to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote the independence and well-being of supported individuals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with supported individuals, their families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure the supported individual's life goals and aspirations are at the centre of their support.
  • Enable supported individuals to participate in their chosen activities, maintain their tenancies, and make decisions that matter to them.
