Senior Mental Health Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based care to children and young people with mental health problems within the THRIVE Framework for service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Hold a caseload of specialist and generic work, providing direct therapeutic interventions, assessments, and care planning in line with the THRIVE framework.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external agencies to enhance and develop services for young people and their families.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the highest professional standards of practice through active participation in internal and external CPD training.
- Participate in research, evaluation, and audit to monitor standards, quality, and consumer reaction to the provision of services.
- Registered Core Profession Social Work or Nurse with up-to-date professional registration.
- Experience of working with CAMHS, mentorship, supervision, and coordination of staff.
- Knowledge of the Recovery Model, Mental Health Act (1983), and relevant national policies and guidance.
