Airport Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Airport Operations Coordinator to join our team at Air Partner. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our flights from the Gatwick office.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Monitor and respond to live operational occurrences in real-time
* Collaborate with our experienced Team Leads and Head of Operations to ensure a safe and punctual schedule is delivered across the Aurigny network
* Work with our commercial team to ensure customer expectations are met regarding reliability and punctuality

**Requirements**

* 1 year of experience in a commercial airline operations department
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Extensive knowledge of PPS (Flight Planning) system
* Ability to work a 12-hour shift with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
