Our ServicesWe offer a range of care services to meet the diverse needs of our clients, including support for individuals with learning difficulties, complex care needs, mental health needs, dementia, and older adults. Our services are designed to promote the well-being and quality of life of our clients, and we work closely with them to develop personalized care plans.
Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Homecare Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing holistic support to your clients, including companionship, administering medication, assistance with nutritional needs, and personal care. You will also be required to adhere to clients' individual care plans and work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest level of care.
What We Offer- Flexible shifts to fit around your schedule, including full-time, part-time, days, nights, and weekends
- Minimum 2-hour call length
- Competitive pay rates from £12.30 to £20.17 per hour, with weekly pay
- Free training, including the Care Certificate
- Ongoing support and development opportunities, including in-house courses and funded qualifications
- Annual pay increase
- Eligibility to apply for a Blue Light card, offering thousands of discounts online and on the high street
- Must be over 18 years old
- Have the right to work in the UK
- At least 6 months of UK-based care experience
- A full UK driving license (with travel expenses covered up to 50p per mile)
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
- An enhanced DBS (with a refundable cost of £45.40)
