Recovery Specialist

About the RoleAt Turning Point, we provide support to individuals across the UK struggling with substance use issues. Our Herefordshire (West Midlands) Recovery Service responds to the needs of people across the county, offering a comprehensive range of services to address their unique challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to clients, helping them to achieve their recovery goals
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans, ensuring they are tailored to meet the needs of each client
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the ongoing evaluation and improvement of services
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A background in substance use support or a related field would be advantageous, but not essential.
