iOS Mobile SDET Lead Manager Position

Oliver Bernard is currently working with a leading FinTech company that is rapidly scaling its platform to meet the demands of its global growth. The company is seeking a strong and experienced SDET Lead/Manager to lead a team of SDETs and drive automation and quality best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of SDETs and provide technical guidance and support
- Develop and implement automation and quality best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform functionality
- Manage and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
- 6-7 years of experience in automation
- Experience with Swift and XCUITest
- Experience with Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tools
- Line management experience
- Base salary: £100-120K
- Benefits package
- Hybrid WFH pattern (2 office days per week)
