About the Service - Housing & Homelessness ServicesOur Housing & Homelessness Services provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming homeless. We offer specialist accommodation and outreach services, including 22 self-contained 1-bedroom flats in Ashington. Our team is dedicated to helping individuals become flourishing, independent people and overcome the interconnected problems that led them to accessing our services.
About the JobWe are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Woodlands, a Supported Accommodation Service in Ashington. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily safety and well-being of everyone accessing the service, as well as supporting a small caseload of individuals with ongoing issues. You will work on a rota basis, covering days, evenings, and weekends.
