Contracting Business Support Professional

Pareto, the UK's leading specialists in sales and apprenticeship training and development, is seeking an Administrative Officer to support the day-to-day running of their contracting business. The successful candidate will be based out of the office in Wilmslow and will work closely with the contracting team.
About the RoleThe role involves providing administrative support to the contracting team, including record keeping, answering phone calls, and dealing with general enquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties, including data input and appointment making.
- Booking and recording candidate holidays and absences.
- Note taking for meetings.
- Reporting, monitoring, and evaluation of documents.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also provide front-of-house support at the Wilmslow office, greeting staff, clients, and delegates, and ensuring they follow the sign-in process and are aware of health and safety protocols.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
