We are looking for an experienced Practice Support Professional to join our team at Jordan Sheppard Ltd. The successful candidate will support the Head of Practice on delivering projects for key global clients and will be responsible for establishing and providing information on industries, companies, and individuals to deliver projects successfully and make useful connections.
- The ideal candidate will have administrative experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The successful candidate will also have a bonus scheme, company pension, free parking, and private medical insurance.
Salary: £23,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and provide information on industries, companies, and individuals to deliver projects successfully and make useful connections.
- Use various online and in-house resources to develop email campaigns for contacting contacts for both live assignments and new business marketing.
- Take notes from the Practice Head and input them into the CRM system.
- Transcribe key information from interviews and recordings into the CRM system.
- Prepare client reports – candidate shortlist presentations, market mapping, business intelligence, etc.
- Keep the CRM system up to date with relevant updates, news, and information on key clients and C-suite candidates.
Requirements:
