Key Responsibilities- Collate and verify itinerary information from suppliers
- Confirm client details, including dietary requirements and special requests
- Update records systems with client information
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
- Coordinate the allocation and distribution of tickets, guest packs, and manage courier services
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Confident customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to analyze problems and provide solutions
- Basic administrative skills, including email and spreadsheet management
- Competitive salary of £25,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays
