Marketing Executive | KIMS Hospital Maidstone

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at KIMS Hospital. The selected candidate will work alongside other members of the multidisciplinary team to support the development of marketing initiatives that align with the hospital's revenue targets.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure website content is up-to-date and reflects the hospital's brand.
  2. Oversee third-party suppliers, including design agencies, to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  3. Manage daily tracking and budgets associated with marketing campaigns and events for Sevenoaks Medical Centre and LycaHealth Orpington.
  4. Contribute to the development of an annual marketing plan, identifying key marketing opportunities throughout the year.
  5. Produce marketing communications and promotional materials, adhering to brand guidelines.
  6. Identify and secure patient testimonials and case studies to support marketing campaigns.
  7. Organise events to promote new and existing services to relevant stakeholders.

Person Specification:

  1. Educated to degree level in a relevant subject.
  2. At least 3 years' experience in marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent communication and literacy skills, including writing engaging copy and proof-reading content.
  4. Results-oriented with experience of managing budgets and maximising their effectiveness.
  5. Digital and social marketing techniques.
  6. Experience of briefing and managing agencies.
