Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Manager with the day-to-day operations of the service
  • Lead the care team to ensure a safe, effective, and efficient care service is consistently delivered
  • Work alongside the Manager to lead the care team
  • Supervise and support care staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience at a senior care level
  • SVQ Level 3 in Social Services or Health Care
  • SVQ Level 4 in Social Services and Health Care (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of the needs of our residents
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
