**Job Title:** Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at The Selection Partnership. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for our clients in the West Midlands area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance, with a focus on Forklift Trucks. You will be required to handle face-to-face customer interactions, diagnose and repair issues, and provide excellent technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repair of heavy equipment, including Forklift Trucks
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals
  • Analyze and resolve complex issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance
  • Forklift Truck repair and maintenance certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
