Key Responsibilities- Act as a subject matter expert for staff members, providing guidance and advice on increasing accessibility to Trust services and the creation of patient information documents.
- Diligently provide professional administrative support while supporting the delivery of a copywriting, editing, proofreading, and typesetting service.
- Actively work between disciplines across the hospital in a constantly evolving environment to deliver up-to-date patient information and equitable access for all patients.
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience
- Experience in an administration or customer support role
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience of organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks within tight timescales/deadlines
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience of interdisciplinary working
- Experience in delivering training sessions
