About the RoleAs a Functional Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments for the Government's disability allowance (PIP) program. You will work with claimants to understand their health conditions and disabilities, and provide personalized, inclusive, and empathetic support to help them navigate the system.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct face-to-face and virtual assessments to gather information about claimants' health conditions and disabilities
- Deliver high-quality, unbiased assessments that meet the program's standards
- Provide personalized support and guidance to claimants throughout the assessment process
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
