Job Title: Clinical Trainer

Urgo Medical UK & Ireland is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Trainer to join our team. As a Clinical Trainer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales growth of our On Formulary target brands across the region through the delivery of clinical education and building strong key relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical education to healthcare professionals to support the sales growth of our On Formulary target brands.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Urgo Medical is a partner of choice.
  • Support the Regional Sales Team in maintaining existing and developing new compression business through training of NHS Clinical Staff.
  • Provide Best in Class clinical training to existing and new nurse customers, enabling the Product Specialists to grow the Advance Wound Care Brands.
  • Develop and deliver innovative and valuable clinical training sessions that drive engagement and build positive customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (current qualification) Band 5 with proven knowledge of leg ulcers, aetiology and treatment options.
  • Confidence to present to large groups in a face-to-face and virtual environment.
  • A full Clean Driver's license as the role will include travel across the territory.
