As a Clinical Nurse Specialist with Reactive Recruitment, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments with individuals who have diverse physical and mental health disabilities. Our excellent training program ensures that you have the necessary skills to excel in this role, regardless of your previous experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct holistic assessments with individuals who have a range of health conditions, including physical, sensory, mental health, and cognitive issues.
* Utilize your clinical experience to evaluate activities of daily living and perform physical assessments as necessary to understand the severity of conditions and limitations.
* Interpret medical evidence and gather findings to create comprehensive reports supporting decision-making processes.
