A Competitive Salary PackageWe offer a competitive salary, estimated at £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This salary reflects the importance of this role in supporting our growth and success.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for a focused, dynamic and self-starting individual to join our asset intake team. Based in Melton Mowbray, you will manage vehicle assets from order to delivery, including specification building, supply chain management and general onboarding to customer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain journey, working closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery processes. You will also provide regular communication with key stakeholders around the business.
- Manage Supply chain and logistics of vehicles purchased
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships
- Complete accurate updates on inbound assets
- Provide a smooth delivery process in line with sales/branch and customer expectation
- Regular communication with key stakeholders around the business
- Identify new processes / development / systems to improve service to end users
- Provide reporting in a timely and consistent manner
- Day to day administration duties
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong communicator with both internal and external stakeholders with the ability to work across all skill set levels
- Excellent administrative skills with good knowledge of systems and Microsoft applications
- A positive can-do attitude with the ability to think, act and react/adapt
- The ability to work at pace and at times under pressure
- A strategic thinker with ideas, approaches and a vision that supports the ongoing and future development of the team and the tasks/activities that it covers
